- What areas do you cover? -

Slumber ParTees travel all over Essex and surrounding areas delivering our super stylish sleepover packages! 

We offer free delivery & setup within 10 miles of CM3.

For bookings outside of this area we require an additional travel fee.

- How much space do I need? -

Each Teepee measures approximately 80cm(W) 188cm(L) Air bed or 140 cm(L) Foam mattress + 36cm for Breakfast Trays.

We are able to adapt the way in which our Teepees are set out to maximise your space. Breakfast trays can be laid on top of the mattresses when not in use.

We can discuss the size of your sleepover space and layout at the time of booking.

Our 5m Bell tent requires a 6x6m Clear grass space. (Unfortunately we can not pitch our tent on artificial grass.)

- What ages are your parties for? -

 

Slumber ParTees sleepovers are aimed at children aged 5+

However we have a range of mattress sizes suitable for both children & adults too!

- How long do we keep the Teepees for? -

 

Overnight Hire 5pm - 11am

Daytime hire 5 hours max.

We deliver & set up at an agreed time before your guests arrive and then collect everything the following day.

If you wish to hire our Teepees for a longer period of time please contact us for a quote.

- When do I need to make payment? -

To secure your booking we require a damages deposit of £50 + Travel Fee if applicable.

For bell tents we require a damages deposit of £100 + Travel Fee if applicable.

Your full balance is to be cleared 7 days prior to your party by bank transfer or we also accept cash on the day of delivery. For last minute bookings or special offers we require the full balance to be paid upon booking.

Your damages deposit will be returned within 24 hours following your hire, providing there are no damages to our equipment

- Can we use the Sleepover Teepees outside? -

 

Slumber ParTees sleepover Tepees are currently not for use outside due to our fabric not being waterproof. 

- Do I need to provide you with a power supply? -

 

All of our lighting is battery operated therefor we do not need a power supply.

- Cancelation Policy -

We understand that from time to time things do not always go to plan and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. 

If you wish to cancel your booking after making a deposit or full payment please contact us immediately. In these circumstances we are unable to return any monies to you unless we are able to re book you for a new party date. 

Dates and times are made available to each customer on a first come first served basis. We do not provisionally hold dates.
